Carrot Luo was elected as a member of the 3rd Council of the GCA

Before the May Day holiday (on April 29), the Third First General Meeting of the Guangdong Provincial Cycling Association was held with great success, bringing together association members and guests from across the province. Dong Hui, Director of the Youth Sports Division of the Guangdong Provincial Sports Bureau and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Huangcun Sports Training Center, along with Li Hui, Joint Party Branch Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Baseball and Softball Association, the Cycling Association, and other associations, attended the meeting as distinguished guests.

The general assembly reviewed and approved the "Work Report of the Second Council," the "Financial Work Report of the Second Council," the "Report of the Second Supervisory Board," and the newly revised "Constitution of the Guangdong Provincial Cycling Association," among other proposals. The meeting elected the third council, supervisory board, and new leadership team. Jiang Jinxu was elected President of the Guangdong Provincial Cycling Association, and Dong Zhao was elected Secretary-General and Legal Representative. Carrot Luo, General Manager of Velowind (Shenzhen) Sports Technology Co., Ltd., was elected as a member of the third council for the first time.

The Chinese Cycling Association sent a congratulatory letter. The Chinese Cycling Association stated that the Guangdong Provincial Cycling Association has demonstrated innovation and drive by successfully building brand events and establishing a robust talent development system, thereby driving local economic development and exhibiting a high level of professionalism and sense of responsibility. The association expressed hope that under the leadership of its new leadership team, the Guangdong Provincial Cycling Association will make further breakthroughs in strengthening safety standards, improving governance systems, developing event brands, enhancing talent development, and serving public fitness. It also encouraged the association to contribute to meeting the growing public demand for better sports and healthy living, and to making greater contributions to building a leading sporting nation and a healthy China.
